Shipping & Returns

During the period June 10–August 20, maps are only shipped every 14 days from this webshop, which results in very long delivery times. If you want fast delivery, we recommend that you purchase our literary maps from an online bookstore instead, or preferably ask for them at your nearest bookstore.

 

Free Shipping

We use Postnord as standard service. Please note there is no tracking information.

For shipping to an address within the EU (European Union), tax is included in the price.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The shipping cost for returns is paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@literarymaps.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Dannemoragatan 14, 113 44, Stockholm, Sweden.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@literarymaps.com.
